Contact us via email within 30 days of recieving your defective product and we can offer a replacement or a full refund (if returned)

Please provide your order number and a description of the problem. In your email.

We do NOT accept exchanges and we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed.

Please order the exact item you want as we cannot change your order once it is placed!

If you would like to return a product, contact us via email with the reason and keep the original packaging if possible. 

We will send you a shipping label to ship the item back to us and you have 14 days to ship and have the item delivered. once recieved we will inspect that all original compents are unused and in good condition. Then we will issue a refund for the full amount of the product!
